All sales are final. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for letting us know via phone or email within 72 hours of receipt. The customer is to save all packaging and shipping materials until notified otherwise. Merchandise reported after 72 hours of receipt will not be eligible for replacement. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Damaged or missing merchandise can be reported via email to info[at]grubexotic.com or by calling us at 844-420-GRUB (844-420-4782). Customers may cancel an order at any point prior to shipment, but once the order ships, cancelation is no longer an option. If an order has already been processed for shipment, and a customer requests to cancel the order, the order might be eligible for associated restocking fees. First thing, check your email for the confirmation you received once your order shipped.  You will find it contains a tracking number that you can use to track your package.  You’ll be able to track the progress of your order from the time it leaves our warehouse until it’s out for delivery by your friendly delivery person.

If you did not receive an email from us with a tracking number, check your spam folder or contact us at 844-420-GRUB (844-420-4782) and we’ll be glad to help.

If your tracking number shows your package was delivered, but you didn’t receive it, check with your neighbors, or if you live in an apartment, check your building office.  If you still can’t find your package, please call or us at 844-420-GRUB (844-420-4782) or email us at info[at]grubexotic.com so we can attempt to locate and recover your package.

Most items are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are typically fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours. We are not currently fulfilling orders on Saturday or Sunday. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you with an ETA, at which time you will have the option to cancel your order. In some cases we may find it necessary to contact the purchaser to verify account details or other information associated with the purchase. You will be notified via email with tracking information when your order ships out. All shipment dates are approximate. We are not responsible for early shipping or any shipping delays.

We are located in, and ship orders from Denver, Colorado.
